Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council Inc. (MIIC)  promotes and supports the protection and resettlement of refugees and offers a range of services that welcomes and assists refugee newcomers in their settlement and integration into Canadian society.  MIIC strives to enable independence and full participation of these newcomers in our community.

Refugee newcomers bring many gifts to Manitoba.  They bring education, artistry, deep beliefs, values, experience and family bonds.  Refugee newcomers contribute to the strength of our community, our economy, and our diversity.  Their courage and determination to rebuild their lives and pursue  their ambitions are evident by their  resilience and will to survive.
